Pediatric Dental Receptionist Job at Little Chompers Pediatric Dentistry
Our patients are children, and we are seeking an organized, hard-working and outgoing receptionist who is also highly personable. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients as they arrive for their appointment and ensuring that their files are in order. We are on the lookout for someone who can handle administrative tasks in addition to dealing with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and answer basic question about the dentist and office.
- Answer telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Apprise dentist of concerns related to patient care.
- Deliver messages to patients or dentist.
- Schedule appointments with patients or insurance companies.
- Answer general questions related to dental care.
- Have knowledge of various dental procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
