What You’ll Do:

• Provide 5-star customer service to customers
• Access attics and crawl spaces for rodent exclusion work and attic restoration
• Remove and replace insulation as needed
• Select the appropriate treatment for each customer’s needs
• Safely apply pest control treatments according to company policy and label instructions
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it clean
• Complete required documentation after each property visit on an iPad

We Need People That Are:

• Dependable and good at their job. (we will train you, and it’s not complicated)
• Good communication with co-workers. (call or text it doesn’t matter.... as long as you are good at communicating)
• Good with customers. (Explaining how pest control works to the customers is a big part of it. if you can communicate well, you will be good at this. And again, it’s not complicated.)
• Be Nice and Respectful to Employees & Customers (There are enough mean people out there, we’re not looking for any to join us.)

The Important Part- Compensation/Benefits:

• (adjusted to the area you live and the hiring competition) Hourly ranges between $17-22/hr. with Overtime Available
• Salary Ranges are $35,000 - $60,000

We perform background screening, as well as a motor vehicle record check, physical and drug test.

We have an amazing opportunity for overtime and unlike many construction
jobs we have very steady work year-round. There is bonus and sales commission
available that can easily add $200-$500 per month.
