Phlebotomist Job at FirstHealth of the Carolinas
Obtains blood specimens by venipuncture and capillary methods, for a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to be used in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Provides patient education on collection procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program, Phlebotomy Program or a minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience required. ASCP or equivalent certification preferred. Eligible for certification required.
Location: FirstHealth of the Carolinas · Laboratory - Clinical
Schedule: Full Time - 40 Hours per Week, Evening Shift, 1230pm-9pm, rotating weekends and holidays
