As a Tooling Planner, you'll be part of our Site Supply Chain team working as on-site employee. You'll get to:

• Based on bill of material, customer due dates and tooling lead times, plan supply chain.
• Update and maintain stock levels for non-perishable tools and shop supplies.
• Co-ordinate with engineering department to update and maintain tool drawings.
• Update/maintain bills of material.
• Co-ordinate and incorporate tooling needs for production floor.
• Update/maintain tooling inventory.
• Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
• Prepares production reports. Prepares lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepares purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.

The Person:

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or a minimum of three year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards enterprise one, ASCP and Oracle Advanced supply chain process software.
• Basic Mathematical Skills
• APICS Certification and/or tool and die maker apprenticeship Preferred

Pay Range $60,000.00 to $85,000.00
