Schedule(s) 8am to 5pm or 10am to 7pm
- Sunday-Thursday
- Tuesday-Saturday
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license (with a clean driving record)
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to life at least 50 lbs
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
- 40 hours per week schedule
Duties:
- The staff use a variety off power tools from circular saw, jig saw, saw saw, impact gun, hammer drill, nail gun, grinder, sander, buffing machine, wet/dry vac, etc
- Apartment turnovers, Moves, Transportation, apartment repairs, toilet removal or installation, drywall repairs, painting, faucets, outlet, switches, light fixtures, plastering, floor and bathroom tiling, etc
