Overview:
The Portfolio Analyst will support several processes managed by the Portfolio Team as well as help ensure the highest levels of data integrity at the project and portfolio levels within our Portfolio Management software.
The Portfolio Analyst works directly with the Sr. Portfolio Manager in Foot Locker’s Global Project Management Office (PMO). They will also work with key stakeholders from all pillars of our business, including the technology team, to support the enterprise project portfolio. The candidate will work with stakeholders to gather project data, analyze the inputs and develop reports and dashboards for decision making by senior management.

The Portfolio Analyst will support several processes managed by the Portfolio Team as well as help ensure the highest levels of data integrity at the project and portfolio levels within our Portfolio Management software.
The Portfolio Analyst works directly with the Sr. Portfolio Manager in Foot Locker’s Global Project Management Office (PMO). They will also work with key stakeholders from all pillars of our business, including the technology team, to support the enterprise project portfolio. The candidate will work with stakeholders to gather project data, analyze the inputs and develop reports and dashboards for decision making by senior management.
They will proactively monitor project and portfolio data using multiple tools to support governance and compliance to PMO standards. The Portfolio Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders regularly to identify opportunities for training and process improvement. A suitable candidate will have subject matter expertise in the areas of data analysis and reporting and ideally expertise in Project and Portfolio Management.
Responsibilities:
- Support project intake processes by working with stakeholders to gather critical project information and use reporting to validate and summarize data inputs as well as identify issues that must be resolved.
- Proactively provide critical analysis of project and portfolio data using Foot Locker’s Portfolio Management tools and communicate issues and metric in a timely manner to stakeholders, as needed.
- Provide thorough and consistent governance and compliance monitoring of our project portfolio data focusing on quality control of data inputs by stakeholders.
- Understand and contribute to decisions on portfolio issue resolution and risk mitigation.
- Identify and execute training opportunities for stakeholders to drive adherence to process adoption and increase the quality of data inputs into Foot Locker’s Portfolio Management tools.
- Perform administrative functions within our Portfolio Applications including but not limited to provisioning user accounts and fielding support requests.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in and supporting an enterprise project management environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a desire to identify issues and identify potential resolutions, highly organized, self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detailed-oriented, technically adept and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels (employees and leaders).
- Advanced Excel knowledge is highly preferred.
- Understanding of project and portfolio management, and various project methodologies is preferred.
- Effective time-management and prioritization skills and ability to adapt to change in an environment that is constantly evolving.

Benefits:
The annual base salary range is $50,000-$70,000, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
