Principal IT Analyst - Supply Chain Systems Job at International Automotive Components
Experienced procurement and supply chain processes and systems leader with following key work experience in automotive industry -
- Assess and recommend procurement and supply chain systems
- Change management and continuous improvement
- Procurement and supply chain systems scoping, testing and implementation
- Preparing process maps and procedures
Essential skills and responsibilities -
- Strong hands-on work experience in a global manufacturing organization
- Strong knowledge and experience with supply chain system solutions
- Able to scope supply chain system requirements and identify system solutions (i.e. integrated demand and supply planning, etc.)
- Highly numerate with good attention to detail
- Collaborate with procurement team and procurement systems vendors
- Work towards procurement business process optimization
- Identify and drive change initiatives and process improvement efforts
- Lead initiatives with internal and third-party resources
- Ensure alignment between business and technical needs
- Analyze workflows and procedures to expand operational knowledge
- Project management skills - Lead project through completion, track, monitor coordinate
- Excellent influencing and communication skills
- Business Intelligence reporting (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
- ERP, MRP, WMS and Forecasting systems knowledge with implementation experience being an advantage
Education -
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of experience in relation to supply chain, purchasing processes and systems
