Our business is growing and we are seeking a Product Handler / Parts Finisher on 2nd shift. This position is located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and the schedule is 3:00p.m. - 11:00p.m. Monday - Friday. Our facility is located at 800 East Dallas Street, Broken Arrow Oklahoma. Salary/ Benefits: $16.77-21.87 per hour with occasional overtime available. Second shift hours also receive a shift differential. Benefits include: IAMA Pension Plan, medical insurance, dental, vision and company paid life insurance. Short term disability coverage as well as 11 paid holidays and paid vacation. PACCAR Winch does require applicants to complete a background check, drug test, and pre-employment physical as a condition of employment. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: PRODUCT HANDLER / PARTS FINISHER - 2nd. shift
Starting basics skills required
- Must be able to follow all written and verbal work instruction, operations and procedures.
- Have the ability to use pneumatic tools for removal of burrs to meet production requirements.
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
- Support plant safety policies and set a good example for others.
- Be able to recognize obvious irregularities in form, fit or function.
- Must to be able to operate the vibratory and sand blast machines.
- Basic computer skills required for the completion of time cards and production information as necessary in a computerized production management system.
- Must actively demonstrate good housekeeping practices in the work area as well as the entire facility.
- Must have the ability, knowledge and confidence to consistently meet or exceed the expected productivity standards for all work performed.
- Must be able to use material handling equipment (Raymond lifts, walkie stackers, low boys, etc.) to pull and position parts and materials necessary to perform your assigned tasks.
- Must have the ability and desire to work effectively and get along with others in a workgroup environment.

Ensure the proper handling and disposal of all hazardous and non hazardous waste used.

Must to able to learn and maintain the proper chemical balances in the phosphate wash system.

Physical Demands: Must be able to work around chemicals such as solvents, soaps and phosphate; ability to lift 60 pounds and operate vibratory equipment. Must be able to stand on your feet 8-10 hours per day.
Environment: PACCAR Winch is a manufacturer of industrial winches. Employee is working around heavy machinery. Employees must be able to operate safely in a busy industrial environment. Additional physical requirements include standing, walking, bending 90% of the time. Ability to squat, kneel on both knees, bend forward at the waist and hold hands above head.
