Summary – basic function of the role

Enerpac is looking to fill two full-time positions for a temporary three- to six-month project. This project will focus on collecting digital images of about 3,000 products.

Shift: Monday – Friday; 8 – 4:30 pm or 8:30 – 5:00 pm; flexible

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Standard work will include photographing products, which would include unpacking them in an orderly fashion so the packaging materials can be reused, photographing these products from multiple angles,

re-packaging and other preparations for return to inventory.

  • Must follow safety instructions and wear safety equipment. Safety shoes & glasses are required.
  • Employees will be trained to produce high-quality images in an efficient overall process. Cross training is encouraged through alternating responsibilities to maintain production if one is out.

Skills and Competencies

  • Self-driven and motivated to complete high-quality imagery in a production environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to mimic or improve prior product arrangements/compositions.
  • Aptitude with technology and familiarity with digital cameras and network/cloud file transfer.
  • Good planning and decision-making abilities

Education and Experience

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or another related field. Good visual composition and color recognition is strongly desired.

Physical Demands

Employee will lift 1-50 pounds intermittently and may have to lift documents/work materials up to 80 pounds in a safe fashion. Many items may exceed a safe two-person lift, so clear communication for assistance is a must. Employee will need to listen, understand, and speak with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce.

Work Environment

Employee will be in a manufacturing environment where they may work near moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to vibration.
