Product Strategy Co Op Job at Bimbo Bakeries USA
The Bimbo Bakeries USA Product Strategy Co-Op program affords students a remarkable opportunity to participate in fast-paced, real-world projects designed to further develop strategic project management, analytical problem solving, and managerial leadership skills. Mentors will be designated to guide Co-Op collaborations and project work in each area. Co-op’s support Bimbo Bakeries in the development and execution of Product Strategy plans.
Primary responsibilities
- Co-op’s primary role will be to support our innovation process, and understanding product preference
- Support Manager in day-to-day, cross functional meetings and communication with Sales, Operations, and outside agencies to facilitate product innovation
- Support Brand Manager in validating 2023 new product initiatives
- Participate and help coordinate the implementation of all sensory testing, including reporting and managing agency relationships
- Member of international cross functional team to improve product quality and understanding attributes that drive purchase

Position Requirements:
Knowledge/Experience
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications or other related major
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate should be capable of initiating and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
- Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to generate business insights from diverse data sources
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, juggle several projects at once
- Self-motivation and a desire to learn a very interesting and challenging industry
