Education:
Description: The role will be responsible for uploading and formatting completed
articles from editors into LinkedIn’s publishing system on behalf of LinkedIn News. The
person in this role will have experience working in a basic content management system,
troubleshooting basic technical issues in a content management system, embedding
photos, embedding graphs/charts, embedding videos and proofreading. Serving more
than 822 million members worldwide with trusted and quality curated content, you will
support our client in creating high-quality, informative and SEO-friendly articles about job
search, career and professional topics. The ideal team members are proactive,
motivated, detail oriented and deadline driven.

Responsibilities:
  • Works with editors to deliver high-quality, clear, thorough and
informative articles about job search, career and professional topics
  • Format articles in LinkedIn’s publishing system
  • Final proofread to ensure no typos or glaring grammar or spelling
mistakes
  • Upload visuals into article within LinkedIn’s publishing platform,
including captions
  • Fill out SEO tracker for each article
  • Communicate with editors about issues and concerns
  • Deliver completed article in draft form to LinkedIn News team for
publishing
  • Ensure article conforms to SEO best practices spelled out by LinkedIn
  • Address feedback and concerns with editors from the LinkedIn News
team about articles
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a basic content management system
  • Well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis. Strong
attention to detail.
  • Experience working across multiple teams
  • Ability to work flexibly and to exercise good judgment in a
high-pressure environment
  • Superior time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with
minimum supervision.

Language skills:
  • Fluent in professional English. Tech Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Documents, CMS
