The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.This position requires an understanding of concepts, methods and procedures. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking.
Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
- Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.
- Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
- Communicates with direct team and supervisor.
- Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.
- Ability to work in other operations to cover as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role (manufacturing or similar industry preferred) OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing, 2 of which are/were in a supervisory role OR Military Training
- Ability and willingness to work the Off-Shift- 2nd Shift ( Approx.3pm-11pm)

The salary pay range for this position is $71k-89k with a 10% increase for shift differential and is eligible for overtime . The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for [a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity of 5%.
