As Production Supervisor, you will monitor work on the production floor, identifying and improving the outcomes of manufacturing and operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction. You will work with the cell leads to identify capacity issues and develop strategies to address them. And, you will also provide leadership and training at all levels so that everyone understands how Lean can be used in their own production process in order to create a more efficient and cost-effective factory floor.

To Qualify:

· High School diploma/GED required

· 5 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience with direct reports, preferably in a Union environment

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

· Knowledge/understanding of manufacturing processes, or training in mechanical technology or equivalent manufacturing industry experience required

· Understanding and demonstrated application of LEAN practices

· Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures and strategies for the protection of people, data and property

· Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Excel and data entry systems

· Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Effective problem identification and solution skills

· Analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker

· Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative

· Must have Covid19 vaccine
