PRP Program Director

Empowering Minds is seeking a motivated Program Director to support our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP).

Responsibilities:
Providing leadership, direction, and administrative management for Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. The Program Director will receive
direction from Executive Management and is responsible for the management and over-all quality/effectiveness of our PRP services where we provide direct client services.

Job Summary:

• Provide supervision to 5-10 employees
• Manage daily operations and all service delivery components of the Family Centered Treatment model.
• Develop monthly reports and oversee operations relevant to client processing.
• Oversee program quality improvement and develop individual program plans.
• Oversee program implementation of health and safety programs. Maintain licensing and compliance
  for program services and supports.
• Maintain program compliance with network and regulatory standards.
• Community networking to grow location.
• Over site of additional agency programs.

Qualifications:

• Energetic, dynamic, and passionate about working with children and families
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and develop positive relationships
• Management experience a must
• Experience using Value Options
• Possession of one of the following Maryland licenses or certifications; Clinical Social Worker(LBSW, LSW, LSW-C); Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor; Licensed Professional Counselor (LCGP, LCPC), Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP)
