Job Title: Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator. This role will report to a Director - Business Services & Facilities Management and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry.

What You'll Do:
- Effectively organize projects and tasks based on priority to help meet expectations and deadlines of projects
- Manage accurate workplace logistics and optimization (including seating) for 7 office locations
- Assist with department relocation and seating to accommodate company expansion and work efficiency
- Process supply requests and make purchases from approved vendors
- Maintain and analyze office supply inventory process and restock for the various office locations
- Act as liaison for the department in routine administrative and project coordination activities, including phone calls, inquiries, management of contracts and any other matters as designated
- Obtain, manage and analyze contractor and vendor bids for projects and renovations
- Follow through on all aspects of a project’s life cycle from beginning to end in a timely manner
- Conduct effective research to meet project goals and assigned tasks
- Analytical problem solving with the ability to understand the overall picture
- Arrange and attend status and planning meetings with vendors and executives in regard to on-going projects as well as future improvements
- Establish and maintain professional rapport with clients, vendors, and internal company employees
- Maintain strict confidentiality of business discussions
- Travel to various offices within LA county to assist with facility and office management
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned by the manager/supervisor
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of Associates degree
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics or other business related field is preferred
- Ability to quickly adapt to various situations
- Ability to prioritize and effectively multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Self-driven, quick learner, patient, must be able to work with people of different personalities
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between office locations within LA County as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Proficiency in electronic calendaring
- Ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm
- May be required to work overtime to meet tight deadlines

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is in office. The office is located at 1668 S Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91801
- The target pay range for this role is $18.00 - $36.00 per hour. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
