This position can be performed either 100% remotely from anywhere in the US, or in-office at our Oakland, CA, Denver, CO, Austin, TX, or Honolulu, HI office locations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage project document control processes including tracking, updating and disseminate design basis inputs to project team members.
- Manage, track and respond to RFIs and submittals.
- Manage record drawing and close-out processes.
- Assist Project Manager with action items and follow ups to ensure plan is being executed as developed.
- Coordinate with clients on their expectations.
- Support procurement and contract management actions.
Required Qualifications, Traits, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering, renewable or construction management
- 2-5 years of experience in project engineering, construction or project management.
- Knowledge of PV systems design and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Efficient time management – handle multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines.
