This individual locates properties with substantial investment potential and then sends the property information to us.

Property Locators (Real Estate Bird Dogs) generate leads by searching for properties [that are vacant, distressed, value-add, stabilized, or abandoned] in highly marketable areas (desirable neighborhoods) with some of the following characteristics: unreqistered and unlicensed motor vehicles, high weeds and grass, decayed/damaged leaking roofs, open storage of trash and debris, broken window glass; flaking/peeling paint, and so on.

Compensation:
The distribution of funds shall be 5% of profits per property closed on. Your percentage of funds will be sent via Paypal, bank transfer, or check.

We are interested in ALL distressed properties such as: Pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, bank-owned, short sales, physically distressed, fire damage, etc.

We are NOT interested in properties listed with realtors, FSBO's (For sale by owner), listed on Zillow/Trulia/Realtor, or any on-market properties. Any properties submitted we are not interested in will automatically be deleted.
