Quality Control & SLA (Service Level Agreement) Analyst Job at Sutton Bank
Summary:
Responsible for supporting the vendor management and risk monitoring efforts for the Bank.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Licenses/Certifications: CRVPM Level II or above, preferred.
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Functions:
A: Job Specific:
- Manages existing and new contracts on all vendors:
- Uploads contracts into vendor management software.
- Reviews each contract for included Service Level Agreements.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management:
- Manager individual SLA's for each vendor.
- Act as TPRM liaison with other departments regarding SLA's.
- Creates new SLA's to monitor within TPRM software.
- Assist the Third-Party Risk Analysts in performing due diligence of all onboarded and existing vendors for both Core and Payments.
- Assists Third-Party Risk Analysts in monthly testing of LAP card program.
- Performs quality control checks within the TPRM software.
- Performs quality control reviews of TPRM reviews.

- The ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in verbal and written communications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the business area that is being supported.

- The ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and comprehend journals, audit reports, regulations and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management and employee groups.
- Ability to assist in writing training documents, policies, procedures and correspondence.
