Responsibilities:
Please note, this position will require extensive travel to our Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee markets.
  • Assists the Chief Quality Officer & Senior Vice President of Quality Enhancement in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, and goals.
  • Perform Quality Enhancement reviews of communities.
  • Address non-conformities from previous internal and external reviews.
  • Following-up on and close pending preventive and corrective action plans.
  • Insure that organizational systems and training are in place.
  • Ensuring that documentation and design controls are according to company standards.
  • Assist the management team and provide QE support as necessary.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
  • Three or more years of quality enhancement experience in a healthcare environment or related industry.
  • Working knowledge of federal/state quality assurance codes and regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience gained through the Atria Quality Enhancement systems and processes preferred.
  • Will be required to travel 90% of time on behalf of Company.
  • Position requires driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).
  • Must possess valid driver’s license.
  • Must satisfactorily meet and be in compliance with Atria motor vehicle policy standards.
  • Must have or be willing to get a COVID-19 vaccine, subject to legal requirements.
