We’re seeking a Rockstar Clinical Liaison to support a busy, multifaceted, patient-centered integrative medicine clinic.
The tasks and responsibilities of this position will vary from week to week and involve everything from answering the phone to assisting in hands-on patient care to more mundane things like vacuuming and wiping down doorknobs. Your vocabulary doesn’t include “that is not my job.” Nothing great was ever built alone.
It would be best if you were a skilled and adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is autonomous, can quickly follow directions, and might be considered a jill-of-all-trades as this role and its tasks are ever-changing. You love the telephone and find absolute joy in laughing and socializing with patients, making them feel like the only person in the room. You are authentic, outgoing, and ready to commit to the long haul.

- At least 20 hours per week, daytime schedule with significant holidays off (rare weekend commitments when we are present at community events.)
- 30, 60, and 90-day reviews with performance-based raises.
- Starting pay: $15-$17/hour, performance based.
