We are adding a couple of Scheduling Coordinators to our Lanzetta/Smile Doctors Team in Taylor. We will train orthodontics. If you value customer service, enjoy learning, appreciate smiles, and like to work in a fun/fast paced environment, we would like to speak with you.
Description
- Establish a trusting rapport with patients and provide the Ultimate Patient Experience
- Check-in and collect general information from patients assisting them with completing all necessary forms and documentation
- Schedule appointments
- Financial conversations with patients in office to reconfigure payment arrangements
- Collections and managing collections for future scheduled appointments
- Post payments
- Assist in working reports
- Maintain a professional and clean reception area
- Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events
Qualifications
- Minimum of High School diploma
- One year of administrative experience & customer service
- Ability to effectively communicate with doctors, team members, and patients
- Computer knowledge with the ability to comfortably navigate all systems including Microsoft word/excel
- Time management skills with the ability to complete all tasks
