Nations Roof is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team!

Nations Roof is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors, ranked in the Top 5 Roofing Contractors in the US. Our projects range in scope from large scale new commercial construction, industrial, hospitality, distribution centers, retail centers, office buildings, multifamily, residential, and green roofs to large renovations of existing buildings.

This is a Hybrid Remote/ Onsite role requiring the recruiter to work fully remote with an occasional site visit to nearest location.

Purpose: To facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment delivery process. Including research, sourcing, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates, meeting position requirements and/or building talent pool for current and future needs
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes
• Screens applications and select qualified candidates
• Interviewing - Use competency, technical, cultural fit and career goal interviewing to identify and qualify candidate for presentation and short-list process
• Present candidates to management team
• Schedule interviews for management team
• Relationship Management - Interact with candidates and management in a timely, professional and responsive manner
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
• 2+ years experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
• 5+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• High School Diploma

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Construction Industry experience
• 7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
• 1+ year of experience recruiting high volume hourly and salaried roles
