Electronic Health Records - Regional Trainer

Due to continued growth, CommuniCare Health Services is recruiting a licensed nurse for the position of Electronic Health Records Regional Trainer. This position will handle all aspects of Electronic Health Records training for our facilities in the Indiana area.
The successful candidate for this newly created position will be an RN or LPN with excellent computer skills and exemplary presentation skills. He or she must understand the principles of good teaching and must be able to adapt to the needs and level of the target audience. The Regional Trainer must be a motivational leader with organization, patience, good listening and good troubleshooting skills. In addition, the Regional Trainer must possess effective communication skills and be an ambassador for change. This position will involve travel to facilities throughout the Cleveland region and will require flexibility with schedule.

Requirements
