Drive successful company results through effective management of a physician liaison team in assigned region(s) utilizing strategic guidance and leadership.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop physician liaison team that is fully aligned, delivers to company goals, and is committed to achieving increased PVN results
  • Complete required field visits with each assigned physician liaison and coach them through ongoing field ride reports and performance metric measures
  • Consistently demonstrate behavior and communication styles that effectively communicate the organizational expectations for professionalism and performance while leading by example
  • Communicate regularly with the sales team to reinforce the values and the mission of the company; confirm understanding of company direction and ensure that all behaviors align to that message
  • Measure physician liaison and regional sales performance via data and field efforts to develop appropriate plans that drive overall performance to exceed company goals
  • Identify and prioritize activities to accomplish short and long term business goals of the region utilizing a performance development assessment and business plan strategy
  • Recruiting, on-boarding and training of new hires
  • Effectively manage to the regional budget and remain accountable for all physician liaison budgets
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in the budgeting process for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budget for the region

Qualifications:


  • Must be willing to manage expanded regional scope, including potential multi-state coverage as needed
  • The ability to effectively manage a team
  • The ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Dedicated to follow-through and results
  • Flexibility and adaptability as it relates to schedules, responsibilities and priorities
  • Must be an exceptional listener


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Communication, Marketing or related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous sales experience
  • Must have reliable transportation
