Mahfouz M. Michael MD Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with exceptional communication skills to join our healthcare team across eight Southern California locations. As a vital part of our medical team, you will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to offer personalized nutritional counseling and support to our diverse patient population. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting television interviews and delivering patient education programs in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' nutritional needs and create customized meal plans
• Deliver nutrition education to patients and their families in both English and Spanish
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust meal plans as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Conduct television interviews in English and Spanish, promoting healthy eating habits and raising awareness about nutrition and wellness
• Lead group classes and educational workshops in both languages, addressing nutrition, diabetes management, and lifestyle modifications
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist with patient scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
• Current registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• State licensure as required
• Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nutritionist, preferably in a medical or clinical setting
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess nutritional needs, develop meal plans, and monitor patient progress
• Experience in television interviews or public speaking preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients

Compensation packages will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications. You may also be eligible for additional compensation, reimbursements, benefits, and hourly rates.
