Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) provides general health care, training and education to clients in a clinical environment. At this level, work is performed under moderate supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. The RN works under the direction of the MD, APN, PA or DDS. This position is responsible directly to the assigned RN Supervisor, and Program Manager.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) works as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing focused routine health services to clients, providing assistance to the psychiatrist with reviews of medication and medical histories, implementing appropriate aspects of client care within the LVN's scope of practice, implementing the treatment plan for clients with common health problems and well-defined learning needs, and interfacing with the medical community regarding medical issues pertaining to clients. Will assume accountability and responsibility for the quality of nursing care provided to clients. At this level, work is performed under physician supervision and RN supervision with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

- Graduation from an accredited RN or LVN program
License:
Required:
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Licensed as an RN in the state of Texas or Current LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) license
Experience:
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish

Salary
: Registered Nurse (RN) salary: $26.73 - $37.82 an hour.
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) salary: $19.29 - $24.64 an hour.
