As a newly created position, our Rental Operations Manager will coach and lead your rental team in process development and execution of strategic plans, including pipeline management, customer growth, and asset management. Responsibility will lie with you on your P&L statements while holding your team accountable to hitting their KPI's. As you hire new employees, you will coach and train them. As we expand our rental locations, you will develop the rental team. You will travel between our locations riding with your team and meeting our customers.

We are looking for a candidate who is focused and determined to improve processes and business practices and to persevere through obstacles to get the job done. Must be respectful and value people while building a positive team environment and a family culture. Be open minded and creative to new ideas and change as we evolve as a company and build loyalty through excellent customer service. Self-motivated to lead with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency is a must.

Experience with P&L statements a definite plus. We will consider candidates residing near any of our locations Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Davenport, Iowa City, Burlington, Farley and Sigourney. Applicants with no equipment rental experience will not be considered.
