JOB SUMMARY:
Reservations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily training & development of the Reservations Team.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maximize revenue by ensuring all Reservations Agents are knowledgeable in room product and hotel services
- Supervise employees to ensure calls, email requests, etc. are answered and handled timely, efficiently, and within established standards
- Book room reservations while focusing on maximizing room revenue and average rate using standard company rate quoting scenario at all times
- Support management and leadership, provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives
- Accountable for the effortless and seamless reservations process while providing exceptional levels of customer service
- Manage and communicate information regarding hotel occupancy, promotion, special reservation procedures, operational issues and special events
- Monitor daily sales activity
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years Reservations experience with increasing leadership responsibilities
- Two + years prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
