Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year - Depending on Experience & Location

What We Want- Amazing Managers that can inspire their teams:

• 
  Supporting the General Manager with daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company standards
• Ensuring the safety of our guests and team members
• Fostering a positive work environment
• Developing the team to their full potential
• Accomplishing financial objectives including sales growth, cost management, profit growth, cost control and quality control
• Conducting strong interviews and attracting high quality candidates
• Inspiring and motivating the team to grow

What You Need:

• 
  2 years minimum supervisory experience in food service preferably fast-casual
• Possess basic math and accounting skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
