Job Responsibilities:
This role is customer service focused and includes product sales, surf club membership tours and sales, keeping the space tidy, organized and welcoming.
Tasks include greeting customers, receiving, tagging and merchandising product, some stockroom organization, and online store fulfillment. This is a key holder position and this person will be responsible for learning opening/closing procedures.
Details:
- Commitment 3-5 days per week (approx. 20-40 hours)
- Must - Have customer service experience
- Must - Be available to work weekends
- Must- Live within a 30 minute commute to the Malibu and have reliable transportation
- Must - Be comfortable working alone is self motivated
- Plus - Experience in retail, hospitality, membership related industry
- Plus - Experience in surfing and instruction
- Plus - Experience with Shopify, Slack, Google Docs
