Risk Management Specialist Job at Mid Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union
We are currently recruiting for a Risk Management Specialist to join our team! The selected candidate will be responsible for risk management, compliance/BSA including access administration, report preparation, bond insurance and quality control reviews.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Actively administering all Risk managed systems and ensuring that new users are created appropriately, existing users are maintained, and terminated employees are removed.
- Performing the daily review of alerts and daily preparation of currency transaction reports (CTR) for the BSA Officer to file while ensuring accuracy of information on all parties and amounts included in the reports.
- Maintaining logs of CTR activity and ensuring collection of required documents, as well as reviewing alerts and assisting as needed with preparation of Suspicious Activity Reports.
- Assisting the Records departments with backing up the mail and other critical functions, as well as assisting with branch audits, including clean desk audit to ensure that policies and procedures put in place to control risk and/or regulatory compliance are being followed throughout the credit union.
