Sales Account Manager Job at PMWeb

In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of PMWeb software, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base while selling to global Fortune 500 organizations. You’ll focus on companies that can benefit from PMWeb’s world-class construction project management solution. The primary function of this position is new account acquisition where you’ll grow revenue with an emphasis on new product sales to customers. This includes submitting RFIs, qualifying, conducting product demonstrations, solution selling, negotiation, execution of service agreements, and closing.

We are looking for a dependable, outgoing, client service-oriented account manager with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent administrative and word processing software skills, presentation know-how, and experience with relevant technology as well as have a no-job-too-small attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Timely follow up and qualification of new prospects from either inbound leads or customer requests generated by marketing
  • Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Pipedrive
  • Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
  • Upsell and expand product offerings to current clients
  • Travel to On-Site Demos, Trade Shows and User Conferences
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields preferred but not required with the right experience
  • 2+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
  • Experience with Pipedrive preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and phone systems
  • Prior experience with PMWeb or similar software preferred
