Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Manage existing dealer and distributor network to provide exceptional service.
- Create and utilize monthly sales forecasts to identify and grow sales.
- Execute up to 100 weekly inbound/outbound calls with the goal of selling to new prospects and/or existing customers products.
- Contribute valuably to daily sales meeting.
- Estimate date of delivery to the customer based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules.
- Enter new and existing customer data; log daily activity into a CRM.
- Prepare sales quotes to ensure proper manufacturing of the purchased product.
- Reach and exceed goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth.
- Work with production and engineering to identify innovation trends and business opportunities to ensure delivery of a premier product.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of how to prioritize time and tasks in addition to managing a calendar and schedule flexibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail and organization.
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Details:
- Full-Time, Weekdays (7:00am – 4:00pm) on site, not remote
- Starting base pay up to $60,000; based on experience with ability to earn a monthly commission
- Some local and overnight travel required (5%)
