Sales Associates
The Heirloom Collective is looking for individuals to work as Sales Associates at our retail location in Bernardston, MA and in Hadley, MA. This position requires customer engagement skills, a passion for learning/educating, and a basic understanding of cannabis. Previous Customer Service and Retail experience is absolutely a plus. This position is about organization, energy, knowledge, and delivering the highest-level customer experience possible.
Moderate computer literacy and ability to run a Point-of-Sale are desired, experience with LeafLogix and/or Metrc are a plus. We are looking for employees with a positive attitude that communicate and work well with a highly diverse staff. A strong ethos of confidentiality and professionalism is a must. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time are also essential for this position.
