We're hiring! The position available is a part time team member (30-40 hours per week).

Hourly pay is $12 for the first 30 days during your training period. After your training period, you have the opportunity to increase to $13 or $14 per hour depending on performance.

Our store hours are 10am-7pm Monday-Saturday, 11am - 4:00 pm on Sunday. Open availability is required.

We are the largest brick and mortar CBD company in the United States with over 500 stores and counting! Our products have been inspected and passed with the Florida Dept, of Agriculture.

JOB SUMMARY / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-Our goal is to educate our customers, creating an informed consumer, and offer them our exclusive and award winning products and product knowledge.

-Providing excellent customer service and growing professional relationships with our return customers.

-Educating incoming customers, answering questions to the best of your ability, and showing customers all product options.

-Maintains an organized check-out area for appearance and current promotional materials.

-Making sure the store is always presentable. (No trash on the floor, dusting shelves, cleaning windows, etc.)

-Processing orders that are to be mailed out.

-Completing opening and closing procedures.

-Performs any directly related appropriate duties assigned by the manager and/or owners.

-Performs assigned duties with minimum personal supervision from the manager and/or owners.

-Adheres to dress code: Neat appearance, no ripped jeans, etc. Business casual.

-Attending and working events/markets.

-Outdoor marketing and flyering.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE / CAPABILITIES:

-Must be 21+ years old

-Reliable transportation

-Knowledge and/or use of our products is not required but is preferred

-Excellent communication skills, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well organized

-Open availability
