• Professional Sales

Our Sales Associates make, on average, $28 to $30 per hour working 40-44 hours per week. No Experience Necessary - We have a Complete Paid Training Program with a Dedicated Trainer - to support you every step of the way on your journey to success.

This position works in our vibrant Ashley retail and outlet store located at 4830 Wilson Ave SW, Grandville, MI 49418. Sales Associates are premier team members in the Highland River family in furniture and mattress sales, including the Highland River “Red Carpet Delivery” and product protection packages, and drive all facets of our business. This essential role requires dedicated team members who enjoy working with people and specialize in translating customer visions into home furniture possibilities with our extensive furniture and mattress offerings through Ashley Furniture and mattress partners. The position requires someone who can pay attention to critical details while working in a fast-paced, multi-task filled, retail work environment.

Here is a snapshot of your Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Enjoy HAVING FUN!
• Willing to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Must be outgoing, friendly, easy to talk to and gets excited by interacting with others, gets excited by developing and sharing fresh ideas with customers as they look to furnish their home.
• Earn guest business by demonstrating integrity in the sales process by engaging them in a way that helps them discover their true design potential.
• Be willing to follow up and stay in contact with the customers before and after the sale to provide a world class customer service experience.
