Sales Coordinator Job at Southeast Industrial Equipment,Inc.
Job Summary:
- This position works under the general supervision of the Inside Sales Supervisor to coordinate the business activities for an assigned team including sales solicitation, order processing, inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Provide daily reports as business requires.
- Have daily communications with Inside and Field Sales Reps as needed.
- Manage inventory allocations and reports as required.
- Establish and maintain a working customer relationship.
- Provide daily feed back to customer, sales and supervisors on order and inventory status, via reporting standards.
- Maintain customer database and current customer account information.
- Manage inventory allocations and inventory reporting.
- Manage special projects as needed with Inside and Field Sales.
- Responsible for all Inside Sales reporting including but not limited to daily region, territory sales reports, daily call reporting and promotional selling report.
- Identify any ongoing shipping or billing issues, provide corrective actions and root cause analysis for resolution.
- Ensure corrective actions have been implemented and maintained.
- Minimum Job requirements are proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and keyboarding skill allowing 60 words per minute or greater.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience.
- Experience processing lease and sales paperwork is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills, computer competency including the ability to type 55+ WPM, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills are needed in order to successfully interact with co-workers, sales reps, and customers.
- This position requires someone with an outgoing personality who is comfortable communicating over the phone.
