Overview:
The Sales Enablement Specialist will work closely with our sales teams and stakeholders across business units, handling a variety of efforts related to our Sales Enablement programs. These responsibilities include technology system administration, workshop logistics, training sessions, onboarding guidance and coordination for new team members in the Sales organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Delivers on the strategy set in place for priorities, including but not limited to curriculum development (virtual and instructor-led), tactical planning, and coordinating learning and development efforts
  • Manages the flow of new hires and acts as a point of contact during onboarding
  • Pre-plans and handles logistics for virtual and in-class training events and certifications including venue sourcing and system design
  • Organizes and schedules trainers and various presenters/stakeholders for relevant workshops
  • Supports Learning Management System(s) administration including enrollments, course management, and system structure
  • Contributes to the creation of regular program analysis to ensure training metrics are communicated and quarterly goals are met
  • Develops, plans, and manages project timelines to meet the forecasted delivery deadline
  • Participates in the development of organizational alignment, competency assessment and skills development activities using sales technology
  • Manages internal sales communication cadence, curating relevant content from various stakeholders
  • Responsible for license management for all sales technology, including granting access and access removal; responsible for list and communication cadence management throughout TierPoint
  • Trains sales resources on how to run reports and accomplish basic tasks within the CRM platform
  • Promotes the adoption and utilization of the organization’s current technology
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year of professional experience, preferably in a B2B sales organization
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors
  • Understanding of sales and marketing technology, including CRM and business intelligence tools
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to audience needs
  • Balancing and prioritizing multiple efforts
  • Passion for technology and learning
  • Microsoft office suite
  • CRM experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous sales enablement support experience
  • Experience with CRM (such as Oracle/NetSuite)
  • Prior experience particularly in the data center and cloud/managed services industry
  • Proven ability to learn new technical platforms, sales enablement tools and applications.
Working Conditions
  • Hybrid role made up of a combination of weekly onsite and remote work.
  • This role is located in Des Peres, MO. Only local candidates will be considered as some work will take place on-site.
