This position is eligible for remote work with some days in the office in either our Fayetteville, Arkansas or Draper, Utah locations. Candidate must live within a 60-mile radius of one of these locations.

We are currently hiring a
Sales Support Representative to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! The Sales Support Representative's main purpose is to be a key support representative to our sales team.
This position is eligible for remote work with some days in the office in either our Fayetteville, Arkansas or Draper, Utah locations. Candidate must live within a 60-mile radius of one of these locations.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Align with Vive account executives and market developers to assist in administrative duties such as merchant communication, report generation, and on-boarding paperwork in a timely manner to help assist in launch preparations for new retail partners
- Take part in changing the landscape of the Sales & Marketing Department
- Work in a fun, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you will take pride in making a difference for the customers we serve
- Additional responsibilities as necessary to support and facilitate onboarding of new customers and enable team sales efforts at existing customers
YOU’LL BRING:
- 1 year experience in retail sales, field sales, sales training, and/or account management
- 1 year of Merchant Support experience (if internal)
- Proven track record of success; preferably in a retail environment
- Must have superior interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills
- Must have experience with Excel and CRM entry with a strong attention to detail
- Previous training experience a plus
- Strong work ethic, high initiative and interest in new technology and software applications essential
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
