Job Summary: The Salesforce Administrator 2 will continually improve and enhance
our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best
practice solutions, and managing the product roadmap. This position is responsible for
all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing
solutions with user satisfaction as a priority. The Salesforce Administrator 2 understands
our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement.
The Salesforce Administrator 2 should be comfortable with change management,
governance, and liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate
technical information and clearly explain design options and their potential impact.
The candidate for this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1)

Essential Functions:
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values

- Manages all aspects of user and license management including new user
- Manages Sandbox environment
- Maintains a system to include Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check,
- Identifies underutilized platform features and performs data quality checks to
- Works with Product Owner and Business Analyst to help communication platform
- Improves Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Review end-user support tickets
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow,
and reports
- Setup and maintains dashboards, reports, forms, templates, custom objects,
- Monitors user adoption
- Provides user training and creates training materials
- Works with integrated applications
- Documents Technical solutions/outcomes
- Follows and suggests Salesforce best practices and standards
- Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Previous Salesforce.com administrative experience and insight into leads,

- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio preferred
