Job Summary: The Salesforce Administrator 2 will continually improve and enhance
our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best
practice solutions, and managing the product roadmap. This position is responsible for
all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing
solutions with user satisfaction as a priority. The Salesforce Administrator 2 understands
our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement.
The Salesforce Administrator 2 should be comfortable with change management,
governance, and liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate
technical information and clearly explain design options and their potential impact.
The candidate for this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1)

Essential Functions:
  • Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values
Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with
our Vision, Values, and Mission
  • Manages all aspects of user and license management including new user
setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
  • Manages Sandbox environment
  • Maintains a system to include Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check,
and Optimizer
  • Identifies underutilized platform features and performs data quality checks to
ensure Salesforce data is accurate
  • Works with Product Owner and Business Analyst to help communication platform
changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Improves Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Review end-user support tickets
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow,
Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards,
and reports
  • Setup and maintains dashboards, reports, forms, templates, custom objects,
object relationships, fields, and layouts.
  • Monitors user adoption
  • Provides user training and creates training materials
  • Works with integrated applications
  • Documents Technical solutions/outcomes
  • Follows and suggests Salesforce best practices and standards
  • Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with
all company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Previous Salesforce.com administrative experience and insight into leads,
contacts, accounts, opportunities, contracts, products, and Chatter is preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of related experience
required, 4 or more preferred
  • 3 or more years of hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud and
Service Cloud required
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce (i.e., Sales Cloud, FSL, CPQ, Service Cloud,
CRM, Marketing Cloud) preferred
  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio preferred
Required Certifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None

Travel:
  • 10 to 15% with an occasional overnight stay
Physical Requirements:
  • This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally,
the occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets,
etc.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones,
photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines

Work Environment:
  • This job is generally performed in a professional office environment
  • Frequently works at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
