As a Senior Analyst/Advisor of Technology Innovation, you will help us identify new approaches, innovative technologies, and capabilities that will advise MISO’s future direction and deliver value to its stakeholders. You will build on MISO’s external networks and collaborate with other industry partners (ISO/RTO’s), MISO stakeholders, industry research organizations, along with leading Universities, startups, and government agencies to drive innovation within MISO. In one year, our Senior Analyst/Advisor of Technology Innovation will know they were successful if they…

• have identified, managed, and delivered effective solutions that provide value and are informing MISO’s future strategic objectives
• have effectively aligned project stakeholders to achieve timely and high-quality outcomes
• have demonstrated and fostered a culture that embraces change, innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration
• have established exceptional relationships with team members, business partners, and MISO stakeholders while driving innovation
• demonstrate MISO’s core values and consistently works to provide value for MISO and its members.

For our Senior Analyst/Advisor of Technology Innovation, we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field.

It would be really great if you had:

• Energy industry experience
• Master’s degree
• Business Development, Product Development, Change Management, Innovation, or IT Strategy experience
• Experience partnering / networking with Colleges/Universities or related industry organizations

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
