What you will do
Interact with every level of consultant, from associate to managing director, with consistent exposure to the most senior and most experienced team members
Participate in and influence the company on various levels
Assist Project Management in the delivery of projects, leading workstreams in the analysis of technical and business strategy implications for our clients
Complete key analyses focusing on comprehensive research and data collection, the development of business cases, and the preparation of presentation materials
Assist Managing Directors with insights to grow follow-on business with existing clients while delivering on client-specific projects, thereby providing proactive contributions with business development and sales support activities
Create business plans and financial models, marketing strategies and studies, distribution, and supply chain metrics, and implementation plans
Continuously identify innovative and profitable business opportunities
Partner with our International Global Consulting Team
Analyze customer & user offerings, market scenarios, customer go-to-market strategy
Create and present client expectations, operating at a high level, at all times
Drive or participate in customer engagements from lead generation to contract fulfillment, secure that consulting projects are fulfilled with quality, in time & within budget. Work closely with the customer to be able to propose improvements & identify new business opportunities
You will bring
Bachelor's degree at minimum, in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Technical studies; MBA preferred
3-7 years of demonstrable experience/research in telecommunications, Information Technology (IT), high-tech industry, and/or business consulting
Demonstrated experience working with teams in telecommunications, managed services, financial modeling, business planning, market research, or related fields
Interest in Technologies, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), including wireless, fixed line, and converged technologies/industries, MNO/MSO/HCP, devices, cloud, applications, security, IoT, blockchain, payments, and other enabling technologies
Frame and Structure sophisticated data/financial models
Validated experience building compelling stories and insights
A structured thought process to solve sophisticated problems
Ability to lead small teams (1-2 people)
Experience handling risks and timelines
Experience leading customer relationships at a workstream level
Outstanding leadership skills, work ethic, integrity, and collaborative team-focused approach
Strong writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to set priorities and work within time limits
Ability to multi-task for specific activities
Ability to build financial models
MS Office Suites working experience
This position reports to the Head of InCode Consulting
Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Washington, New York, and New Jersey: $99,400.00 – $149,000.00
California: $99,400.00 – $149,200.00
All other US locations: $92,000.00 – $138,000.00
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson’s 401(k) plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and up to a 4% company match, leading to a maximum company contribution of 7% annually. Employees will also receive company paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage and paid company short-term and long-term disability benefits. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 11 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Those with additional vacation time at the end of the year may sell one week of vacation, equal to a week of pay. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of maternity/medical leave, 6 weeks of paternity or adoption leave at 100% of pay, and medical leave at 100% or 66 2/3% of pay, based on length of service.
