Hands from the Heart is actively seeking an experienced Senior Level Recruiting professional to join our team.

As a Senior Recruiter you will manage full-cycle recruitment for open roles as well as manage the efforts of the recruiters on the team.

What you will do for us:

• Effectively partner with leadership on operational and HR initiatives
• Train and mentor recruiters
• Stay tuned to evolving HR policies and best practices
• Assist with social media strategies relative to recruiting
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process for caregiver positions including job postings, screening and interviewing
• Provide recruiting, retention and onboarding guidance to recruitment staff
• Assist in maintaining hiring/employment forms for branding consistency and legal compliance
• Proactively recruiting on a daily basis for qualified caregivers to become employees of Hands from the Heart
• Hold team of recruiters accountable for metrics in hiring caregivers and staffing open cases
• Building long lasting relationships with Hands from the Heart staff; managing their employment and partnering with clients based on their work experience and availability to minimize turnover from yours and your teams recruiting efforts.
• Other duties as assigned

Successful candidates will have:

• B.S. in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field or the equivalent of 5 years of relevant experience
• 3-5+ years of proven successful Human Resources Recruiting and Staffing experience
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make decisions
• Ability to clearly communicate (both verbal and written) with individuals from varying backgrounds and ages
• Ability to work in a discrete manner maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
