Nike is building a Digital First Supply Chain at Scale that delivers on four dimensions of our consumer promise: Service, Cost, Convenience, Sustainability. As North America’s SEC Business Process Integration Manager, you will be enabling strategic and innovative capabilities to meet Nike’s growth targets and driving continuous improvement within our Supply Chain. SEC is Nike’s large scale Strategic Enterprise Capabilities program to implement and deploy the new global ERP capabilities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Business Process Integration Manager who will use their industry experience and end-to end business subject matter expertise (SME). This role will identify and lead changes in business processes and roles & responsibilities required to operationalize the capabilities and solutions delivered by SEC to drive business value and minimize business risk post launch. Collaboration with program and supply chain leadership will be key to figure out business implications of the new global ERP capabilities and engage in the development and deployment of a portfolio of projects that will deliver the intended value to our consumers and business partners. This role will create a spirit of innovation and experiment with new ideas to evolve Nike’s supply chain.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be partnering closely with both North America partners and Global stakeholders to:

  • Support the development and monitoring of the portfolio of SEC Business Integration projects within North America Supply Chain
  • Lead the activation of new cross-functional capabilities across the Supply Chain that are flexible, scalable, and repeatable; ensure engagement, consensus and alignment of cross-functional partners
  • Lead the End to End and Functional Business Process Mapping inclusive of facilitation and documentation of these new flows to ensure visibility to full change landscape to North America Supply Chain
  • Support business readiness and deployment activities to ensure a seamless integration/transition of all new capabilities & processes into our NASC operations in partnership with TCO and NASC Learning team. This includes activities such as: documenting policy changes, resolving changes in R&R and delivering process training.
  • Collaborate and influence across the matrix to identify and lead changes in business processes, roles & responsibilities that are required to integrate and operationalize the new ERP capabilities within North America; develop a practical plan
  • Assess SEC business impacts requiring an SEC Business Integration project; facilitate project ideation and shepherd through the Supply Chain portfolio intake process
  • Provide business insight to influence the annual and quarterly portfolio resource planning process and ensure all business needs are considered.
  • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional geography, global and technical partners to develop and implement realistic business transition plans to minimize risk and business disruption
  • Partner with Transition Management leaders to align on strategies to ensure adoption of new capabilities across the business
  • Facilitate risk mitigation and scenario planning to ensure contingency plans are aligned across the business functions
  • Highlight and raise project portfolio risks and issues to program leadership
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the NA SEC Business Integration Director and partner with North America SEC program leaders and North America functional leaders in Logistics, Marketplace Operations, Inventory Management, Demand & Supply Management and Finance. The ability to foster collaboration, strategic alignment and integrated planning and execution across different functions in a matrix organization will be critical.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ year of dynamic operational experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketplace Operations, Management Consulting, Strategy, or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Technology
  • Extensive experience in Program/Project Management, or Process Improvement
  • Preferred: expertise in Logistics (distribution center/warehouse management planning, transportation, goods flow planning), Order Management (order capture, maintenance, delivery, order status) and knowledge of Supply & Inventory Planning (inventory management, Nike buying process)
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional and/or global project/program execution, developing and leading change in process, organizational and system implementation
