ACH Operations Analyst II
The Automated Clearing House (ACH) Operations Analyst II is responsible for shift oversight, training, and production processing of ACH entries across all functions like, Straight Through Processing (STP), exceptions, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Position Responsibilities:
- Timely processing of ACH entries (incoming and outgoing) and exceptions.
- Timely decisioning of OFAC alerts.
- Oversight of front-line analyst on assigned staff.
- Identifying, escalating, and supporting troubleshooting efforts on production issues.
- Establishing / Updating procedural documentation as needed.
- Training ACH Input Processing colleagues across all functions as needed.
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must have efficient time management skills to ensure all Service Levels and deadlines are met without compromising accuracy and quality.
Position Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant work experience
- 1 year of Microsoft Office experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of ACH operations processing or research role
4:00pm - 12:00am Monday - Friday
