Qualifications

• A positive attitude and outgoing personality, with a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must adhere to all health and safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in the theater with orders, food and beverage delivery, and payments
• Uphold company Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain high safety and cleanliness standards
• Keep up-to-date on current films and events
• Address guest issues with support from management team
• Maintain a positive and team-oriented atmosphere
• Manage assistive listening and captioned devices
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Launch and manage orders from POS to delivery
• Ensure orders and guests' needs are met across multiple theaters
• Lead theater cleaning, marking and sanitizing each occupied seat before the next film
• Show kindness and understanding towards all guests

Pay: $750.00 - $1,150.00 per week
