JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:

We are currently looking for a Server to join our team at Gravity Taphouse. Our Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to restaurant guests. Characteristics of this position include being a team player, having excellent attention to detail, having the ability to maintain a positive attitude, and being conversational and friendly with guests, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism to achieve the high standards of service and quality that RedWater is known for.

DUTIES:

• Uphold the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff.
• Maintain a professional and positive appearance and mannerism.
• Assist with set up of the restaurant for service and carry-out closing procedures daily.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Maintain sense of urgency when on the service floor.
• Maintain back of the house, front of the house, and side work duties for overall productivity of the restaurant.
• Communicate with management when needed.
• Complete all other assigned duties when necessary.
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall success.
• Follow health and safety practices at all times.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Night, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Must be 18 years old.
• May at times have to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk carrying items.
