ServiceMaster Restoration by ORC is an established emergency mitigation service company specializing in water, fire, and mold damage as well as turnkey reconstruction. We have been serving Arizona for over 12 years; we have the largest territory of all Arizona ServiceMasters and we continue to grow!
The Account Management Team is responsible for managing customer accounts through the entire claims process.
We are looking for honest, hard-working, service-focused Job Coordinator, which we call an Account Manager, to join our team.
Duties Include
- Reception, new job intake, and dispatching
- Daily communication with Insureds, Adjusters, Carriers, Technicians to seek approvals/authorizations and general updates
- Coordinating additional services, visits, and overall scheduling
- Create and maintain job files; Daily file review/audit to ensure compliance with policies and standards
The ideal candidate would have:
- Former insurance adjuster experience and/or restoration is a plus!
- High attention to detail;
- Adept in problem solving;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong sense of urgency and can work well under pressure;
- Proficiency with office technology - computer, printer, scanner, copier, phone apps;
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
