Facility Maintenance Tech - 1st shift
Mentor, OH manufacturer is hiring for a 1st shift Facility Maintenance Tech for the general upkeep of building. Needing 3+ years experience within facility maintenance role.
Responsible for performing non-complex maintenance and repairs on a variety of routine building repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment. Assist in maintaining grounds of facility.
Duties:
∙ Perform routine building and grounds repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs ∙ Respond to work order requests, completing in a timely manner and closing tickets
∙ Follow preventive maintenance schedule for building. Keep neat and accurate repair records and other department information such as walk-throughs and daily inspection on equipment in the building.
1st Shift: 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Starting Rate: $22 to $24 hourly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
