We are looking for a strong Shift Lead with potential. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, free food, and most major holidays off.
You will be responsible for assisting the Manager with daily operations and seamless shifts for both guests and team members. High energy and teamwork along with a focus on food quality are your priorities.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience as a shift lead or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Great customer service and attitude
- Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays and weekends)
- Good communication and team management abilities
- Proactive individual able to asses and deal with problems as they arise
Essentials:
- Develop and master knowledge of all menu items
- Lead and inspire exceptional hospitality
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
